With roots across four continents, I've built my career leading communications across global brands, creative agencies, and mission-driven organizations. I've shaped narratives for companies including Emirates Airlines, Nike, and The Ritz-Carlton, while directing strategy for Fortune 500 executives, establishing communications functions from the ground up, and driving measurable business outcomes through strategic narrative and stakeholder engagement.
At Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH), I held the first dual Executive Office role as Head of Internal Communications & Chief of Staff to the CEO, unifying 5,000+ employees across 50+ markets. At Lenovo, I directed executive communications for the President and COO of a 6,000-person business unit, extending influence across the 50,000-employee enterprise, and led initiatives that increased diverse leadership representation by 27%.
Today, I apply this expertise across multiple areas: I lead NYL Consulting as a strategic advisor to organizations navigating complex communications challenges and serve as Communications Chair at Impact 100 Seattle, leading communications strategy and brand evolution. I also write In Between Worlds, a newsletter exploring connection across cultures for a global community of readers. Committed to developing future leaders, I mentor emerging professionals through the Asian American Professional Association.
